Since she was a little girl, Cynthia has always had a passion for baking. She learned how to make certain Italian pastries from her mother-in-law.
Over the years, Cynthia taught herself to make a number of pastry dishes and likes to create her own taste of flavors as her specialty cake features of the month.
With 7 years of experience in baking pastries and a B.S. degree in Computer Drafting Manufacturing Engineering from ITT Tech, Cynthia works with her husband Michael and her staff to create delicious Authentic Italian food, pastries & cakes.
Her husband, Michael Bertolone, has over 30 years of experience working as a little boy in his family Italian restaurant business in Gilroy California. Working side-by-side with him and her creative team, Cynthia and Michael offers variety of cake ideas & catering options to their customers and aims to exceed expectations with every order.
